Leslie Ware, PA-C, VP of Clinicians Advocacy Group is a physician assistant in Charlotte, NC and has been practicing for 20 years. She graduated from University Of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999 and specializes in cardiovascular & metabolic diseases. Also, Ms. Ware has a BS - Health Education, University of Nebraska at Lincoln, M.Ed. - Health Education, University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and MPAS - University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Michael Carter M.D., CMO, is a board certified physician with 35 years experience in multiple disciplines. He is a board certified Anesthesiologist, having practiced for 16 years before transitioning into the medical aesthetics and weight loss specialties. Bill began his insurance career with the Prudential of the South then was offered a more lucrative opportunity with both Pilot Life and with Mass Mutual in the late 80’s early 90’s. After firmly establishing himself with Mass Mutual as a thought provoking sales leader, he was offered an opportunity in management with CHUBB Life America before Chubb's exited from the health benefit market.

Kerrigan started his insurance journey in 1979, after graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration and minor in marketing. Dr. Brian Forrest, M.D., CEO and Founder of Access Healthcare. heads up CAG's Direct Primary Care (DPC) network and is the leading authority on Direct Primary Care. He started the 1st DPC practice in the country twenty years ago and is the biggest advocate for its cause leading the way for greater patient care.
Originally from Wake County, he attended UNC Chapel Hill for medical school and specialized in family and community medicine in the residency program at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem where he also completed his internship.
